Pleated polypropylene process cartridges are 100% polypropylene with a wide selection of gasket and O-ring materials available.
Polypropylene end caps are thermally bonded to the media packs eliminating any need for adhesives which might react with or contaminate critical
process fluids.
A broad range of efficiencies with beta ratios of 50 to 5000 provides the flexibility to address any application or upset condition.
• Temperature Limit: 180°F
• Efficiencies: 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 70 microns
• Beta Ratios: 50, 100, 200, 1000, 5000
All components meet USP specifications for Class VI 121°C criteria and are FDA compliant Ratings above 30 microns do not require support layers.
